PowerSkills Solutions started with something pretty simple: I love helping people succeed.

Throughout my career, I’ve found myself drawn to the moments when someone learns something new, gains confidence, solves a problem, makes a meaningful connection, or finally sees an idea come together. Whether I was developing and facilitating training, working with businesses, building community partnerships, planning programs, or helping an organization tell its story, those moments were always the most rewarding part of the work for me.

Over time, I realized that the things I loved doing weren’t actually as different as they seemed. Training and development help people grow. Consulting helps organizations move forward. Promotional products help businesses tell their story, build connections, and stay top of mind. PowerSkills Solutions became the place where I could bring all of those pieces together.

 

It’s an opportunity to use what I’ve learned throughout my career to help other people, businesses, and organizations become a little stronger, a little more confident, and a lot more memorable.

Today, I work with businesses and organizations to create solutions that fit their needs. That might mean developing a workshop for their team, helping turn an idea into an actionable plan, or tracking down the perfect promotional item that makes someone say, “Where did you get this?”
